FoodWays is an independent service. All information provided by this app is for informational purposes only and is sourced from publicly available government data and other verified providers. The app, its developers, and its owners are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any government agency or entity.
We gather location data (with user permission) to display nearby food centers and search queries to refine results. Usage analytics (screens visited, searches performed) are anonymized to improve performance without identifying individuals.
Aggregated statistics may be shared with partners to enhance listings, but no personal data is sold or rented. All information is encrypted in transit and at rest; access is restricted to authorized personnel.
Users can disable location sharing at any time in device settings and request data deletion via privacy@s-plus-m.com. We retain usage logs for up to 12 months, after which they are automatically purged.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 and comply with COPPA guidelines.
